Making Friends
Ok, so you have just
moved to Tenerife and you don’t know anyone. Don’t
worry because here in this section of the website we are going to give you some
useful information about how to make friends.
There are so many different ways
to make friends, one of the easiest ways is to join a school. There are 3
English schools on the island (visit the schools link) and many Spanish ones, but if you struggle to pick
up languages easily then it is probably best to join an English school and they
are usually all quite small so everyone are friends.
You can also join any of
the clubs shown in the other section of the website and trust me, everyone will
be friendly. Don’t worry about your move to Tenerife
because remember everyone has been in your position before so they know exactly
how you are feeling. Within 2 months of living here you will feel right at home
and could maybe even have some of the best friends you have ever had.
